Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximize the value and utility of the Beyond Banking verticals. The role will contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and engagement while delivering sustainable contribution to the revenue growth, through creating compelling non-traditional value propositions in the domains of Loyalty Programs, Marketplace integrated services & Financial Wellness exploiting a partners ecosystem.

Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.15+ years of proven experience in product management, business development, or related roles within fast-paced financial services organizations Hands-on experience & strong understanding of product management lifecycle Experience in managing partnerships and working with third-party service providers.
