Role Description This is a full-time on-site Head Chef role located in Heliopolis. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage culinary staff, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include planning menus, sourcing ingredients, maintaining health and safety standards, managing food costs, and leading innovation for new dishes. The role also involves collaboration with the management team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications Proven experience in Culinary Arts, including Culinary Skills, Food Presentation, and Recipe Development Strong Leadership qualities and Team Management skills Proficiency in Kitchen Operations, Food Preparation, and maintaining Health and Safety standards Strong Organizational skills, Time Management, and Cost Control abilities Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Formal Culinary Education or equivalent professional experience Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a similar leadership role is an advantage Knowledge of international cuisines or specialty dishes is a plus
