- Communicating with Consumers via chats and outbounds.- Responding promptly to customer Inquiries.- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.- Processing orders, forms, applications &Requests.- Handling Mobile service inquires.- Handling Home services and fixed lines services.- Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
