Role Overview
VeFund is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our footprint in the Saudi Arabian market. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, VeFund supports startups and SMEs with Investment Readiness, Market Entry, and Operational Consulting. This role is designed for a professional who can operate across the full business development cycle—from identifying opportunities and building relationships with founders/stakeholders to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities Market Mapping: Identify and target relevant client segments, including startups needing investment readiness and international companies expanding into Saudi Arabia (KSA). End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing. Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with law firms, business setup consultants, and ecosystem players to generate recurring deal flow. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align VeFund’s solutions (e.g., Soft Landing in KSA) to their needs. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, track all interactions, and forecast revenue accurately using the CRM.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales or Business Development. Market Knowledge: Must have previous experience working with or within the Saudi market. Sector Expertise: Experience dealing with law firms and understanding regulatory/setup processes is highly essential. Ecosystem Awareness: Strong understanding of the KSA entrepreneurship ecosystem and key players. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Preferred: Background in consulting, startups, or Saa S environments.
What We Offer Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commission structure (commission is performance-based with no upper limit).
