Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administrator based in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá. The Reception Administrator will oversee day-to-day front desk operations, including welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring the seamless operation of the reception area. Other responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, managing patient records, coordinating with the medical and administrative teams, and providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate and engage with patients and team members Proficiency in organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to handle patient records and appointments accurately Knowledge of healthcare industry protocols and basic experience in office systems and tools Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is an advantage Previous experience in reception, administration, or healthcare setting is preferred Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in administration or a related field is advantageous Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
