Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flight Reservation Manager located in Cairo. The Flight Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing and confirming flight reservations, assisting customers with booking inquiries, and resolving any challenges they may encounter. The role includes handling customer service requests, fostering effective communication with clients, ensuring excellent service, and contributing to the company’s sales goals. Training team members and maintaining operational quality may also be part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Reservations and a proven ability to efficiently manage booking systems Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and concerns Experience in Sales and meeting targets with a customer-focused approach to service Proficiency in providing Training to team members to ensure adherence to company standards Problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant booking tools or software Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
