Al Jawhara Group is looking for an experienced Modern Trade Manager to join our growing team in the FMCG Food sector.
The ideal candidate will manage and develop relationships with key modern trade accounts, drive sales growth, and strengthen market presence.
???? Key Responsibilities:
✔ Key Account Management Build and manage partnerships with major retail chains such as:Carrefour Lulu Hypermarket Panda Retail Company Ensure strong product presence and visibility across all branches.
✔ Sales Target Achievement Develop and execute annual & monthly sales plans to increase market share.
✔ Negotiation Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, trade discounts, and premium shelf space (Shelf Space).
✔ Trade Marketing Activation Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and in-store campaigns.
✔ Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor sales performance, analyze competitors’ activities, and prepare regular market reports.
✔ Team Management Supervise sales representatives and field supervisors to ensure proper merchandising standards.
