This is not a "make it look nice" role. You'll be the single creative authority behind our entire brand system, campaign strategy, and content production pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
→ Brand Identity Systems — Build cohesive visual ecosystems across digital, print, and experiential channels→ AI-Powered Creative Production — Direct tools like Midjourney, Runway, Eleven Labs, and Flux with precision and intent→ Campaign Creative Direction — Concept and produce launches across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, email, and print→ Premium Collateral — Brochures, brand bibles, decks, and event materials at Davos-level quality→ Video & Motion — Scroll-stopping short-form content using AI video generation and professional post-production→ Strategy Input — A seat at the table for launch timing, content calendars, and audience targeting

WHO YOU ARE:
✦ 3–7+ years as Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead — with a portfolio that proves you think in systems, not single assets✦ AI is already core to your workflow — Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling AI, Eleven Labs, Suno — not an experiment✦ Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent✦ Cross-platform fluent — you adapt for each platform, you don't just resize✦ Technically precise — correct colour profiles, export settings, accessibility✦ You can articulate the "why" behind every visual decision✦ MENA cultural awareness is a strong plus
