Job Title: Call Center Representative – Banking Sector
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our banking team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information about banking services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. • Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services. • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed. • Provide accurate information while maintaining service quality standards. • Maintain customer records and update system information accurately. • Achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction KPIs. • Follow bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Requirements • Fresh graduates from any university (Good GPA is preferred). • Excellent command of English (spoken and written). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-service mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work rotational shifts. • Basic computer skills.
