As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Digital Accounts Director / PR to join our team in Cairo. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on oversight, builds strong client partnerships, and confidently leads and develops a high-performing account team.
Your Role:Lead and own key GCC client accounts, acting as the senior strategic point of contact Drive account growth through upselling, long-term partnerships, and performance excellence Oversee and mentor the Account Management team, setting clear KPIs and delivery standards Supervise end-to-end influencer campaigns (strategy, execution, optimization, reporting) Ensure influencer selection, campaign structure, and PR positioning align with brand objectives Maintain strong relationships with GCC creators, media, and key stakeholders Monitor campaign profitability, revenue performance, and operational efficiency Step in on high-priority or sensitive accounts to ensure quality and strategic alignment
Your Background: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital, PR, or client management (agency or brand side) Strong communication in English (professional level or above) Minimum 1–2 years of direct team management experience, including task allocation, performance oversight, and accountability. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities Able to work from our New Cairo office (hybrid)
