Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in New Cairo, is for a Senior Interior Architect specializing in Fit-Out Design. The Senior Interior Architect will be responsible for overseeing space planning, creating interior design concepts, managing architectural projects, and executing interior fit-out designs. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients, developing project timelines, ensuring that designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements, and supervising the construction and installation phases.
Qualifications3–6 years in interior concept & visualization (commercial/clinics/retail or high-end residential). Strong portfolio showing mood board → concept → space planning → final client-ready renders that you led. Expert in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona or Sketch Up + Enscape/Corona, plus Photoshop. Can read architectural/MEP drawings (no shop drawings required). On-site in Fifth Settlement, New Cairo; good English. Nice to have: Basic Revit/Auto CAD for mark-ups, strong FF&E/materials eye.
