We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor / Motion Designer who will take ownership of our video output, not just edit clips. The Role You’ll be responsible for leading video production across paid campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling. This role is not just about editing. You need to understand the objective behind each video. Is it awareness? Conversion? Retargeting? You’ll work closely with strategy and performance teams to turn ideas into videos that actually serve a business goal. Responsibilities Edit high-quality performance ads (Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube) Build consistent motion systems for brands (typography animation, transitions, openers) Create strong hooks for the first 3 seconds based on platform behavior Turn scripts and marketing concepts into clear visual storytelling Repurpose long-form content into short-form vertical formats Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across projects What We’re Looking For5+ years of solid experience in professional video editing and motion design Portfolio that includes performance-driven ad creatives, not just general videos Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects Clear understanding of retention, pacing, and conversion-focused content Ability to work fast without sacrificing structure or quality Strong eye for timing, rhythm, and visual clarity Waiting for your response.
