Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 2nd Nasser City for a Showroom Sales Manager.
The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, manage the sales team to meet targets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include supervising sales activities, developing strategies to boost showroom traffic, training staff, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Showrooms, and Sales Management Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Leadership and team management capabilities Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Proficiency in relevant sales software or CRM tools is a plus Previous experience in the retail or interior design industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
