Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Odoo Sales Executive with a strong background in ERP and software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored Odoo solutions to B2B customers. Sell Odoo ERP solutions to business clients (B2B). Identify, analyze, and understand customer business requirements. Present Odoo solutions through professional presentations and live demos. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Maintain accurate sales data and opportunities using CRM tools. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in software or IT solution sales. Proven experience with Odoo ERP (highly preferred). Good understanding of ERP, accounting, or business management systems. Strong background in B2B sales. Experience using CRM systems. Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and clear manner. Strong presentation and demo skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Strong time management and organizational skills.
