UDTN is a fast-growing B2B travel distribution start-up offering a comprehensive marketplace of global hotels, ancillary services, and offline products (groups and special requests). Powered by Juniper technology, our platform provides real-time access to inventory and will expand from a retail web solution into advanced API distribution. We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the operational engine behind our commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a clear, insight-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives. Leverage Sprout Social, including Listening tools, to monitor sentiment, identify risks, uncover opportunities, and inform content direction. Own performance analytics, translating complex data into clear strategic actions and recommendations. Guide and challenge the creative process, delivering structured, purposeful briefs to designers and content creators. Act as a strategic gatekeeper — confidently pushing back when content does not serve the audience, the brand, or performance data. Manage crisis situations with composure and strategic judgment, protecting brand trust through timing, tone, and informed decision-making. Deliver regular, concise performance reports with actionable insights for leadership. Requirements5 Years of proven experience managing social strategy for established brands during both growth and crisis phases. Deep expertise in analytics, audience behaviour, and performance measurement. Hands-on experience with Sprout Social (reporting, listening, sentiment analysis). Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness. Confidence and professional maturity to make decisive, data-backed recommendations. Clear understanding that every post carries cost, consequence, and purpose.
