Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the travel agency.
- Supervise and support reservation, ticketing, and customer service teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Monitor booking processes, pricing accuracy, and service quality.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.
- Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Support sales and marketing teams with operational planning.
- Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.
