Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Regional Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing regional operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with retail partners, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The role also involves reporting on key performance indicators and ensuring that operational processes align with company objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in leadership, team management, and strategic planning within a regional management capacity. Strong sales, business development, and relationship management abilities. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data to drive decision-making. Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as necessary. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry is preferred but not mandatory.
