???? Job Opportunity – Retail Merchandiser
MEN’S CLUB is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to join our retail team and support business growth across all branches.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate products across all branches to achieve sales targets.
Analyze historical sales data per model and evaluate each branch’s sales capacity.
Distribute products based on store size, geographical location, and visual merchandising promotional plans.
Issue stock transfer orders from warehouses at the beginning of each season.
Replenish shortages during the season to ensure product availability.
Monitor branch inventory through the system on a regular basis.
Execute inter-branch transfer plans to reallocate styles based on sales performance analysis and reports.
Ensure alignment between product availability, visual standards, and sales strategy.
