  • Contribute to community building initiatives to foster client engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and business awareness to provide relevant insights to clients.

Skills and Technologies:

  • Proficiency in Consultative Selling and Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience with Upselling and Cross-selling strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving under pressure abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Community Management and Team Leadership are a plus.
