Role Overview
The AI UGC Video Producer will create high-volume, performance-driven talking head videos for paid social advertising. This is a production-heavy role designed for a proactive creator who understands the science behind scroll-stopping ads and high-converting creative.
The role works closely with the paid media team to transform concepts into high-performing assets, primarily for Meta, using AI-driven video production tools and rapid iteration strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Scripting
Produce AI-generated talking-head videos using platforms such as Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar tools
Generate new, compliant script variations using AI tools and reframe existing scripts to improve performance
Produce 10–25 video variants per week with a high-volume testing mindset
Enhance videos with B-roll, captions, overlays, and CTA graphics
Optimization & Formatting
Optimize video formatting specifically for Meta placements (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
Ensure each video includes strong 3-second hooks, pattern interrupts, and clear calls-to-action
Collaboration & Execution
QualificationsExperience
Hands-on experience using AI avatar video tools (3–5 personal samples required for application)
Experience producing high-volume video content for paid social campaigns
Experience working within D2C performance marketing environments
Skills
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar mobile-first editing tools
Strong understanding of the Hook-Body-CTA structure and digital ad conversion principles
Ability to proactively generate and improve scripts using AI tools
Strong organizational skills with clear file naming and folder management
Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute from a creative brief independently
Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced performance marketing team
