This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is seeking to strengthen their lifecycle marketing efforts by investing in strategic, high-quality email and SMS campaigns. With a focus on brand alignment, performance, and creative execution, they leverage tools like Attentive to engage their audience effectively. The team values organization, originality, and data-informed campaign planning to ensure consistent communication and measurable impact.

Role Overview

The Lifecycle Marketer will manage the scheduling, copywriting, and creative brief development for email and SMS campaigns using Attentive. This role requires a detail-oriented and creative professional who can execute campaigns with accuracy, maintain strong brand voice consistency, and proactively contribute fresh ideas to lifecycle strategy.


Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Campaign Management
  • Schedule daily SMS and email campaigns in Attentive, ensuring all links and assets are properly included.


Copywriting
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy.


  • Utilize AI tools when appropriate while maintaining originality and consistent brand voice.


Creative Brief Development
  • Develop detailed creative briefs for email assets in collaboration with the design team.


Collaboration & Planning
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings to build monthly email calendars and weekly campaign strategies.


Asset Management
  • Pull product images and organize campaign assets for email distribution.


Problem-Solving & Creative Input
  • Proactively contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to enhance email design and performance.


QualificationsExperience
  • 3+ years of mid-level email lifecycle marketing experience preferred.


  • Hands-on experience with the Attentive platform required.


Skills
  • Strong English proficiency with a clear understanding of American brand voice and cultural nuances.


  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns accurately.


  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet scheduling demands.


  • Proactive mindset with creative energy and initiative in campaign development.
