  • Set and execute financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards (revenue, margin, cash, backlog).
  • Own monthly/quarterly/year-end closing, management reporting, and statutory/tax compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, banking, facilities, collections, payables, and working capital; optimize project billing and WIP.
  • Oversee project financial management: contract revenue recognition, cost control, variations/claims support, and profitability by project/sector.
  • Lead tax planning and compliance, and ensure proper documentation and filings.
  • Support commercial decisions: pricing, bid/no-bid, financial offers, payment terms, guarantees, insurance, and joint ventures.
  • Manage finance team structure, development, and performance; ensure robust ERP/accounting processes and data integrity.
