  1. Export Operations
    • Manage the full export cycle from order confirmation to final delivery for African & European destinations
    • Prepare and review export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading, EUR.1, ATR, etc.)
    • Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders (FCL / LCL / Air)
    • Monitor shipment schedules, transit times, and cargo status until final destination
    • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, customs regulations, and destination country requirements
    • Verify HS codes, export controls, certificates, and special permits when required
    • Handle customs clearance coordination and respond to customs inquiries
    • FREE-Zone logistics Experience
    • Liaise with sales, production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth export execution
    • Communicate with overseas agents, distributors, and customers regarding shipment details
    • Managing distributors or overseas agents
    • Resolve shipment issues, delays, claims, and discrepancies efficiently
    • Request, compare, and negotiate freight rates
    • Monitor shipping costs versus budgets
    • Supporting pricing and export sales strategies
    • Prepare export reports (shipment performance, lead times, costs, KPIs)
    • Handle exports to African regions (West, East, Central, Southern Africa) and European markets
    • Apply regional trade agreements when applicable (EU, COMESA, AFTA, etc.)
