Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of technical tendering engineers.
  • Provide Technical evaluation of tender package for bid or no bid decisions.
  • Review the tender documents and prepare the tender technical queries.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Estimate project required manpower, and timelines based on available project’s data.
  • Develop technical proposals for the engineering scope of work including specific project approach.
  • Create and maintain project trackers for progress monitoring.
  • Prepare and submit monthly tendering reports.
  • Collaborate with tendering teams to ensure timely proposal submission.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
