I am Hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager – SMB Segment As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted sales account manager, driving customer success and growth through impactful solutions across Modern Workplace, Data & AI, Business Apps, and Infrastructure.

What You’ll DoBuild and nurture long-term relationships with SMB customers Drive customer wins through tailored solution selling Identify and execute up-sell/cross-sell opportunities Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction Be the voice of the customer internally, surfacing needs and opportunities for development
???? What We’re Looking For1 to 2+ years in tech sales, account management, or business development
Strong customer engagement and solution selling skills
Solid understanding of cloud technologies (deployment, adoption, compliance, security)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Passion for cloud innovation and a growth mindset
Fluent in English
