This role is essential for:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Production Engineer with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic operations team. If you are passionate about optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities:· Monitor and optimize oil & gas well performance to maximize production and recovery.· Design and implement artificial lift systems (ESP, gas lift, rod pump, etc.).· Conduct nodal analysis, production forecasting, and well test interpretation.· Identify production bottlenecks and recommend remedial actions (workovers, stimulation, etc.).· Collaborate with drilling, reservoir, and facilities teams to improve field performance.· Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.· Prepare production reports, KPIs, and technical documentation. The role requires:· Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering· 5–10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas production operations.· Strong knowledge of well performance analysis and artificial lift systems.· Proficiency in production engineering software (e.g., Prosper, GAP, or similar tools).· Experience with well interventions, stimulation programs, and production surveillance.· Solid understanding of HSE regulations and field safety practices.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
