Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Moderation role based in Qesm Heliopolis. The individual will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content to ensure adherence to guidelines, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, and maintaining a positive and safe community environment. Daily responsibilities include responding to reviews, comments, and inquiries, enforcing community regulations, and liaising with relevant departments for escalations when necessary.
Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively addressing user interactions Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to handle concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in monitoring and evaluating content Experience in customer service, content moderation, or community management roles Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to feedback Familiarity with social media platforms or content management systems is an asset Background in healthcare, wellness, or related fields is advantageous
