Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Survey Engineer, located in Cairo. The role involves supervising quantity surveying activities, managing costs to ensure project feasibility, and performing accurate land and on-site surveys. Responsibilities also include reviewing and analyzing project specifications, preparing budgets, and supporting project planning and decision-making processes. The Senior Quantity Survey Engineer will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Supervisory Skills and team leadership in engineering projects Comprehensive knowledge of Land Surveying and Civil Engineering principles Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for project design and analysis Experience in conducting detailed project inspections and ensuring quality control Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field5+ years of relevant professional experience Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards is an advantage
