Job Summary The On-Site Doctor is responsible for providing primary medical care and emergency support to employees at the workplace. This role ensures employee health and safety and supports occupational health initiatives. The doctor will be required to visit contracted companies to provide on-site medical services to employees. Key Responsibilities Provide medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for minor illnesses and workplace-related injuries Respond to medical emergencies and arrange referrals to hospitals when necessary Conduct routine medical examinations and health assessments Maintain accurate, confidential medical records Support workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives Advise on preventive healthcare and occupational health risks Ensure compliance with medical regulations, company policies, and ethical standards Coordinate with HR on coverage -related matters Qualifications & Requirements Medical Degree (MBBS). Master’s degree in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferable Valid medical license to practice Proven Experience in occupational health, general practice, or emergency care is an advantage.
