We’re looking for a creative and organized Content Creator & Account Manager to join our growing team in Nasr City. This hybrid role blends creative content creation with client relationship management, ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing compelling content while managing key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and results.
Content Creation:Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns. Collaborate with the design and video team to develop visually aligned creative assets. Write clear, compelling, and brand-consistent copy for various platforms. Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery. Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on analytics and KPIs. Account Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client goals, challenges, and brand voice to tailor content and campaigns. Develop and present strategies, reports, and performance updates to clients. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless execution. Requirements:3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or account management. Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills (social posts, campaigns, blogs, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in social media platforms, content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and analytics. Experience with project and client management tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Notion, Hub Spot). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
