The ideal candidate will work closely with educators to foster an inclusive learning environment tailored to each student’s unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering customized educational programs aimed at supporting students with various learning challenges.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt lesson plans as necessary.
Provide direct support to students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum and promoting their academic success.
Monitor student progress closely, documenting observations and providing feedback regarding their development.
Encourage students’ social interactions and assist in the cultivation of positive peer relationships within the classroom.
Help maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve instructional strategies and support practices.
