Audit Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Saudi Arabia if required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee external audit engagements, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Review and approve audit working papers, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Supervise and guide audit teams, including auditors and assistants.
- Ensure all financial reporting follows International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax and Zakat regulations per Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (KSA).
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations efficiently.
- Conduct client meetings, provide audit insights, and support strategic recommendations.
