A Hospitality group is hiring: Sales & Event Coordinator
Handle sales and relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
Manage and follow up on group reservations from inquiry to confirmation
Coordinate closely with restaurant managers on capacity, menus, timings, and service flow
Work with the marketing team on events, promotions, and special activations
Support events by sourcing group attendance and partners when needed
Follow up on confirmations, deposits, cancellations, and post-visit feedback
Prepare simple weekly updates on bookings and sales for the Business Development Manager
