Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Enter and update data into the company’s databases and information systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data integrity by performing routine quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Convert paper-based information into digital formats as required, ensuring proper file naming and organization.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Support data cleansing activities, including deduplication and standardization of records.
- Generate standard reports and assist with data extraction for internal teams as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely updates.
- Follow data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- Proven data entry experience or related administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and typing speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic familiarity with data management tools.
- Ability to learn and use internal database systems and data entry software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
