Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Enter and update data into the company’s databases and information systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify data integrity by performing routine quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
  • Convert paper-based information into digital formats as required, ensuring proper file naming and organization.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Support data cleansing activities, including deduplication and standardization of records.
  • Generate standard reports and assist with data extraction for internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Follow data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Proven data entry experience or related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and typing speed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic familiarity with data management tools.
  • Ability to learn and use internal database systems and data entry software.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Candidate must be currently located in Egypt and available for full-time work.
