Your Mission You will be responsible for turning qualified leads into enrolled students. This includes:Managing inbound leads and converting them into paid enrollments Conducting structured sales calls and Whats App consultations Understanding student goals and matching them with the right program Confidently presenting value, pricing, and outcomes Overcoming objections and closing deals consistently Managing your pipeline and reporting results through CRMHitting revenue-based monthly targets❌ Do NOT Apply If:You need step-by-step supervision You are uncomfortable with rejection or sales pressure You have only done cold calling or retail sales You are looking for a fixed salary without commission upside✅ Non-Negotiable Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience selling educational or training programs Proven ability to close deals over phone and Whats App Strong objection handling and negotiation skills Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines Results-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven Ability to manage high lead volume without quality drop⭐ Strong Advantages Experience selling IT, tech, or career-focused programs Experience with high-ticket or long-term education packages Fluent Arabic; professional English communication Background in performance-based sales environments????
