• Curating the Team: Manage the full tech recruitment lifecycle.
• Elevating Performance: Move beyond "forms" and help us build a performance appraisal system that people actually grow from.
• Nurturing Growth: participate in Designing training paths that keep our developers at the top of their game.
• The "Plus" Factor: You’ll jump into Personnel and Org Development. One day you might be refining our internal structure, the next you’re streamlining our processes and building a new culture initiative.
