Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across headquarters and project sites.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials according to procedure.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, projects, and logistics for material deliveries and dispatches.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or slow-moving items, and support accordingly.
• Implement proper storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and HSE regulations within warehouses.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.
