 Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets for OIC’s trailer lines.
- High-Value Negotiation: Lead the sales process for large-scale fleet orders, managing complex contract
negotiations and technical specifications.
- Strategic Networking: Build and maintain high-level relationships with global logistics firms, government
agencies, and major shipping enterprises.
- Product Branding: Act as the face of Original International Company at international trade shows, industry
conferences, and client summits.
- Feedback Loop: Integrate market demands and international standards to provide the R&D team with
actionable insights into new product.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize CRM tools to provide Management with accurate forecasting and market
share analysis.

- Strong technical understanding of trailer components and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline independently or lead a team of Sales executives.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
