  • Accurately and efficiently enter outpatient claims data into our system.
  • Maintain and update patient records with precision and care.
  • Ensure all claims are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform document control activities to maintain organized and accessible records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims processing.
