·       Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

·       Develop detailed timelines and resource allocation plans.

·       Coordinate cross-functional execution, aligning Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

·  Manage project teams, including task allocation, mentorship, and performance monitoring to ensure effective delivery.

·       Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project objectives.

·     Resolve conflicts and operational issues to maintain project schedule and continuity

·       Oversee day-to-day project activities.

·     Track progress against milestones, budgets, and quality standards.

·       Act as the bridge between clients, engineers, and management.

·     Provide regular updates and reports on project status.

·       Identify potential risks early.

·     Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

·   Manage financial aspects of projects according to approved budget, oversee cost tracking and financial monitoring, and coordinate with Finance to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.

·       Optimized resources are used to maintain profitability.

·  Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.

·       Drive strategic decision-making for planning, resource allocation, and risk management in alignment with organizational objectives.
