Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Online Content Moderator, based in Qesm Heliopolis. The Online Content Moderator will monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content across online platforms to ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards. Key responsibilities include identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content, responding to inquiries, providing timely support to users, and maintaining a safe and positive digital environment. The role requires close collaboration with the customer service and technical support teams to address escalations effectively.
Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate and identify appropriate online content Effective communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external users Customer service and Technical Support experience to address user needs and troubleshoot issues Training capabilities to help onboard new team members and share best practices Detail-oriented and organized approach to ensure consistent moderation Ability to work in an on-site team environment and manage tasks efficiently Experience with online community management or similar roles is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Communication, IT, or a related field preferred
