EELAF is scaling our UPS & Data Center solutions, and we’re looking for a Technical Manager to lead the technical engine behind our growth — from presales architecture and tender compliance to standards, enablement, and technical governance.
What you’ll own Lead presales for UPS, batteries, runtime, redundancy (N+1 / 2N), bypass architecture, and power quality considerations. Support full Data Center presales scope: power chain design, IT load planning, monitoring, rack-level power, and infrastructure integration. Produce/validate SLDs, BOMs, compliance matrices, submittals, and clarification responses. Run technical checkpoints before quotation issuance to protect scope, margin, and delivery success. Lead consultant/spec meetings, design workshops, and technical presentations. Build standards, templates, and sizing rules — and train sales/channel teams. Manage technical escalations with vendors and ensure documentation/control is always clean.
What we’re looking for Strong background in UPS + Data Center critical power (3-phase UPS, parallel systems, VRLA/Li-ion, monitoring/SNMP). Solid exposure to consultant-driven projects, tenders, and enterprise environments (DC / Banking / Healthcare). Strong documentation discipline and a “no-surprises” mindset. Ability to lead and coach teams and align stakeholders across Sales, Presales, and Projects.
