Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Calls role for a UAE Account at e& CX Solutions Egypt, located in Cairo, Egypt. The selected candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a polite and professional demeanor, recording case details as needed, and achieving set performance and quality metrics under minimal supervision.
Qualifications Proficiency in B1+/B2 English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Effective customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet key performance indicators Collaborative skills to work in a diverse and multicultural environment Computer proficiency with basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications Experience in call center operations or customer support is an advantage Adaptability and flexibility to work shifts as per operational requirements
