About this Role
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support transformation programmes and business-as-usual teams by creating high‑quality e‑learning materials, user documentation and internal promotional content. This role focuses on developing engaging learning experiences for a range of global and local processes and systems supported by the SAP Transformation and Delivery team.


What you will do


  • Collaborate with project members and stakeholders, including functional subject matter experts and business change partners.

  • Develop end‑user e‑learning materials such as quick reference guides, structured e‑learning courses and bite‑sized learning videos.

  • Create internal promotional content, including animated and recorded videos, to support transformation and change initiatives.

  • Track and report progress throughout the development lifecycle and ensure thorough review and testing.

  • Maintain and govern existing e‑learning materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Collect and evaluate feedback from stakeholders and end‑users to continuously improve content effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance development efficiency and delivery processes.

  • Explore innovative approaches and tools for designing modern, effective online learning.





Who you are


  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Skilled in stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation capabilities.

  • Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills.

  • Experienced or willing to build expertise in e‑learning development and instructional design.

  • Able to use or willing to learn e‑learning authoring tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and Vyond.

  • Competent in content formulation and scriptwriting.

  • Brings basic project management experience (desired).

  • Has SAP knowledge (desired).

  • Confident in facilitation and able to support learning effectiveness evaluation.
