Project Planning & Execution
Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale construction and fit-out projects from concept to handover.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
Ensure alignment with contractual scope, specifications, and client expectations.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site staff.
Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to project teams.
Coordinate effectively between design, procurement, and execution phases.
Budget & Cost Control
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Monitor costs, variations, and change orders.
Ensure financial performance and profitability targets are met.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide project status reports.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain quality control throughout project execution.
Contract & Procurement Management
Review contracts, manage claims, and oversee variation orders.
Support procurement strategy and subcontractor selection.
Bachelor’s degree in civil / architectural engineering, Construction Management, or related field.PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.Proven experience managing large-scale fit-out and construction projects.Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
