We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in two of the Middle East's most critical markets: Egypt and Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for defining the regional sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and personally closing key accounts to ensure we hit aggressive revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both Egypt and Saudi Arabia, accounting for different market dynamics, regulations, and customer behaviors.
- Team Leadership: Train, and mentor a sales team Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability.
- Direct Sales & Business Development: Actively hunt for new B2B opportunities and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to high-level negotiations and closing.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with executives and key stakeholders in the region.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors' activities and identify emerging market trends in the KSA and Egypt’s evolving economy as well as middle east markets.
- Reporting: Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and revenue reports to higher management using analytical tools.
