The Architectural Quality Control Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring architectural quality control processes across all projects within the organization. The role ensures compliance with design standards, codes, and company requirements, while safeguarding consistency, accuracy, and quality in architectural deliverables.

Responsibilities

1. Quality Standards & Compliance

• Develop and implement architectural QC procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and company design policies.
• Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

2. Quality Control & Auditing

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on architectural deliverables.
• Identify design discrepancies and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality adherence.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with design managers, engineers, and project managers to align on quality requirements.
• Act as the focal point between the design team and construction teams regarding architectural quality issues.
• Report QC findings and performance updates to senior management.

4. Risk Management & Problem-Solving

• Anticipate potential quality risks in design and construction phases.
• Provide solutions and alternatives to mitigate issues before execution.
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and integrated into future projects.

5. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the architectural QC team across multiple projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer within the QC function.
