Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for wholesale and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and hypermarkets, ensuring sales growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies targeting wholesale, distribution, and hypermarket channels. Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors. Strong understanding of distribution networks, wholesale operations, and hypermarket sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Preferred:Experience in paper, office supplies, or FMCG products.
