1) Job Summary The Marketing and Public Relations Executive plays a strategic and creative role in shaping and promoting company brand identity across local and international markets. This position is responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing visual content and brand materials, handling media and public relations, and organizing promotional events. The ideal candidate is both a visual storyteller and a communications strategist—capable of driving brand engagement, enhancing public image, and supporting business development goals. This role is also expected to undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by the superior or management.
2) Key Responsibilities
Brand and Visual Identity Management Design, update, and maintain company branding elements including logos, templates, brochures, and digital assets. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all marketing platforms and materials. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality visual and promotional materials.
Market Research & Strategy Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Provide insights and reports to support marketing strategies and product positioning. Support lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns in coordination with the sales team.
Marketing and Public Relations Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to strengthen brand recognition and increase audience engagement. Write and publish content for social media, corporate website, press releases, and internal communications. Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, optimizing based on performance analytic.
Media and Public Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, bloggers, and influences. Coordinate media events such as press conferences, interviews, and public statements. Monitor media coverage, conduct sentiment analysis, and refine public relations strategies accordingly.
Event Management Organize and execute corporate, marketing, and promotional events that align with business goals. Plan participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand exposure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience during events.
Reporting and Communication Track marketing and PR campaign performance and provide detailed reports to management. Measure engagement, return on investment (ROI), and market reach to inform future strategies. Act as the communication link between departments to ensure brand consistency across all activities.
Professional Development Keep abreast of industry trends in branding, marketing, design, and public relations. Attend workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and creativity.
3) Authorities Approve and publish internal and external marketing communications within delegated limits. Coordinate with third-party agencies and media partners on behalf of the company. Recommend improvements to branding, marketing tools, and communication strategies.
4) Qualification & Requirement Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience:3–5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and visual communication. Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), content creation tools, and social media platforms, with familiarity in digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM best practices, alongside strong copywriting, design, and verbal communication skills.
