Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in the New Administrative Capital. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing real estate consultation, and assisting clients in making informed property decisions. The role involves generating leads, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with market trends and maintaining detailed knowledge of company offerings.
Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience in real estate sales and property consultation Strong client relationship management and customer service skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and provide professional real estate advice Proficiency in sales strategy, lead generation, and achieving sales targets Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the New Administrative Capital’s real estate market is a significant asset
